Each week will offer a diverse range of art activities for both age groups, from painting and drawing to sculpting and mixed media projects. Art activities are tailored to suit different age groups, ensuring that every child can fully participate and enjoy the camp experience.
Sometimes, we will need to hold onto artwork throughout the week in order to finish them up. All artwork will go home on Fridays.
Absolutely! Our camp is a welcoming, flexible, and supportive space for all children. We celebrate different ways of thinking, learning, and creating. If your child benefits from specific supports, routines, or communication strategies, please share that with us during registration so we can best support their experience. While we can't provide one-on-one therapeutic services, we're happy to collaborate with families to help each child feel safe, understood, and successful. Tessa, our full-time art teacher at Woodlynde School in Strafford, PA, specializes in working with students with learning differences. Please reach out to Tessa to discuss accommodations for your child. Art Kids is an inclusive art camp!
